Delivery Timeframes We strive to dispatch all orders placed before 14:00 on the same business day. Once dispatched, general delivery times are between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.
Maximum Delivery Guarantee While most orders arrive quickly, please note that the statutory maximum delivery time is 28 days. This acts as a safety net for unforeseen delays. If your order does not arrive within this period, you are entitled to terminate the agreement.
