Return policy

You may return products purchased on Cream Deluxe within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To start a return, notify us in writing and send the items back within 14 days of your notice. Refunds will be issued promptly after inspection. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless agreed otherwise.

Returns & Refunds

1. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. How to Return

Notice of Withdrawal: Send us an unequivocal statement (email, letter, or fax) before the 14-day period ends.
Return of Goods: After notifying us, ship the items back within 14 days of your notice. Pack them securely and in their original condition.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll refund you via your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You’re responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise agreed. If the value of items is diminished by handling beyond what’s necessary to check their nature and function, you may be liable for the reduction in value.
